Training Opportunity!

Hey All - One of the softball training centers I told you about is having a get ready for the season clinic.  GenuWIN Training Center will hold a clinic on Saturday afternoons beginning January 22nd.  These are great softball teachers.  If you're interested, you will need to sign up immediately!

Softball Lunch!

It was nice to see everyone yesterday.  Thanks for coming to the softball lunch meeting. 

Time to get started on your conditioning, strength training and softball skills.  If you can't motivate yourself to get started, then think about the other girls on the team :)
